Welcome to the first unit of the VPK Director Credential Course. This unit is designed to help you gain an understanding of the process of supporting your VPK staff. It also examines the importance of maintaining a balance between management and leadership in a VPK setting.
Each section of this unit will provide you with practical information and a variety of resources related to the topic. As you scroll down the page, you will be asked to reflect on each section as it relates to your facility.
